The strategic prospective allows us to observe the future of science, technology, economy and society in the long term, in order to identify emerging technologies or methods that are likely to produce the greatest economic and social benefits.

This Diploma prepares mid-level professionals from both public and private institutions, so that they understand the importance of using strategic foresight for strategic planning for future scenarios in their organizations.

Our offer is aimed at professionals from the managerial and managerial level, technicians and other people from the public and private sectors who wish to strengthen management skills.

Curriculum structure

The academic load is distributed in six modules:

  •    Introduction to the strategic prospective.
  •    Construction of the initial diagnosis.
  •    Participatory methods
  •    Use of software
  •    Scenario construction
  •    Strategic planning using the prospective.
