La investigación en el ICAP apunta a crear, gestionar y expandir conocimiento
In advisory, consulting and academic activities, research is a transversal and essential element for the generation and transmission of knowledge, aimed at improving processes, solving problems or making decisions to transform and innovate public administration.
Through research processes, ICAP builds models, develops computer applications (App) for tablets and other mobile devices, produces magazines, articles, books and notebooks on topics related to public administration in the region and Central American integration.
Our aspiration is to pay for the development of society, promoting the capacity of each individual to learn for himself, to break paradigms, to innovate, and to question critically and with intellectual autonomy.

Activities of extension
All those advisory, training and research activities, focused on identifying and analyzing problems and demands of society and its local, national or regional environment. It plays a role in scientific dissemination, social transformation, community development and technology transfer.
