WE PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF CENTRAL AMERICAN INTEGRATION.
The Central American Institute of Public Administration (ICAP, in spanish Instituto Centroamericano de Administración Pública), which is part of the Central American Integration System (SICA), specializes in public administration. We promote the development of human resources and modernization of the public sector; in addition
to fostering the integration of the Central American region.
Our work focuses on three areas: A- Education. Our graduate degree programs offer 10 master’s degrees and a doctoral degree. B- technical assistance for public and private organizations. This includes consultancy, advisory services, follow up courses and open education programs. C- Our research program aims at identifying and proposing solutions to Central American public administration challenges, such as those related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
